MICHAEL TUERO (B.Eng, MSAE)
I’ve been restoring collectors cars for over thirty years, starting with a small specialist firm in Canada. They specialised in Jaguar cars.
Since 1996, I have been based at the Yorkshire Motor Museum, and over the last three years, operating the workshops as an independent business.
All areas of work are undertaken to produce a product which is as good as or better than original. Improvements can be specified to the customers requirements. Having a formal education in engineering means all work is thorough, and carried out to a very high standard.
The Classic car restoration and repair work being undertaken here is in the workshop premises of the former Yorkshire Motor Museum. There are various projects on the go from a 1914 Rover 12HP to a 1960 Austin Healey Sprite.
It will be evident that some of the photographs on this site are from the “Museum Days” showing a colorful background of many historic cars.
Previous cars I’ve worked on include a 1902 Panhard et Levassor and a 1976 Lamborghini Countache .
The classification of cars worked on include Veteran, Edwardian, vintage, post vintage and classic .
